The Old Theatre Royal is a unique venue for corporate events located right in the heart of Bath.
The Old Theatre Royal is suitable for corporate events for groups from 20 to 150. The grade 2 listed building was the first provincial Theatre Royal, and retains many of its original features. Consequently it offers a beautiful and interesting space to host your corporate events. Furthermore, the Old Theatre Royal offers a full range of facilities to help you deliver your event. It is suitable for most corporate events, including:

There are 3 spaces available to hire.
Masonic Hall
Firstly, the Masonic Hall has a seating capacity of 150. It is the largest and most popular corporate event space. The Masonic Hall has a large Ante-Room attached which includes a fully licensed bar. This can be used as a reception or break-out room.
Regency Dining Room
Secondly, The Regency Dining Room has a seating capacity of 75. It can be used either as a smaller conference space or a secondary area to the Masonic Hall. Attendees can have their lunch or dinner in this space. The Regency Dining Room includes another fully licensed bar.
Garrett Library
Thirdly, The Garrett Library has a seating capacity of 35. It is our smallest and most intimate corporate event space. The library is located on the top floor. As a result attendees can only access it via stairs.
There are also further smaller meeting rooms and spaces that can be utilised for corporate events. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Our resident on-site caterers can also provide freshly-prepared food from our own kitchens. They will tailor menus to your specific needs. These can range from simple buffets to full service dinners.
The Old Theatre Royal provides Wi-Fi access in all rooms and high-speed broadband. Furthermore, the building has a hearing-loop in the Masonic Hall, disabled toilets and a wheelchair accessible lift. Presentation equipment is also available to hire including a PA, projector and self standing screen.
